Here at Treatwell, we are changing the way people book their hair and beauty services. Today we are the biggest beauty bookings platform in Europe working with over 25,000 salons, processing over 1 million orders per month and operating across 11 countries.
Our success to date is down to 500 passionate and brilliantly-talented people working together to harness the power of beauty, and the beauty of technology.
However, we are not even close to being done. Today, less than 2% of hair and beauty is booked online - that’s tiny. We believe that booking online is inevitable and our mission is to bring the perfect hair and beauty experience to every customer by revolutionising an industry.
The role
We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Lookbook team, reporting into our Director of Product - Marketplace.
You will be responsible for studying the beauty industry through the customer’s eyes with the mission of understanding and solving their problems - especially before these problems become explicit. You achieve your goal through impressive research on competition/sector/customers, searching for positive impact and long term opportunities.
For this reason in Treatwell we love to mix short-term experiments alongside big bets, in order to get the right balance and the maximum impact.
We take a strong analytical approach - you need to know your product’s numbers inside out using data and all your learning to implement a strong strategy and an impactful roadmap for the Lookbook product.
You need to be ambitious as you are the inspiration for the team, working closely with the development team. We need this person to lead the development of the product bringing a sense of pragmatism to balance technical initiative alongside delivering value to our users.

- Driven by results, you overcome any difficulties until the job is done - and done flawlessly.
- A great and humble communicator. You listen and take onboard feedback, always available to improve ideas and explain concepts in an unambiguous way
- Have an analytical way of thinking and capability, with exposure from a previous role
- Strong experience as a product manager in a data focussed role
- A good SQL experience for manipulation and analysis.
