Our Operations Department provides operational support to our riders amp; everyone on shift in the warehouse, and to undertake all scheduled operational duties as required. The Ops teams focus on the very core of our business which is responsible for our 10 minute deliveries. This role will provide significant operational knowledge and in-depth knowledge to the local teams to ensure successful performance and excellent customer and client experience in the final mile.
Requirements
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Gained your first experience in a fast-paced environment
See yourself as an entrepreneur and you are eager to take the next steps. Managing one warehouse, managing a whole district, leading entire city operations and steering further expansion
Willing to make Gorillas your mission and are ready to work hard to make this business a success
Hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
Very good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English
Ability to speak Spanish is a huge plus
