Here at Treatwell, we are changing the way people book their hair and beauty services. Today we are the biggest beauty bookings platform in Europe working with over 25,000 salons, processing over 1 million orders per month and operating across 11 countries.
Our success to date is down to 500 passionate and brilliantly-talented people working together to harness the power of beauty, and the beauty of technology.
However, we are not even close to being done. Today, less than 2% of hair and beauty is booked online - that’s tiny. We believe that booking online is inevitable and our mission is to bring the perfect hair and beauty experience to every customer by revolutionising an industry.
The role
We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to lead our Marketplace team, reporting into our Director of Product Marketplace.
You will be responsible for studying the beauty industry with the customer’s eyes with the mission of understanding and solving their problems - especially before those are becoming explicits. You reach your goal with impressive research on competition/sector/customers searching for positive impact and long term opportunities on the booking marketplace.
For this reason in Treatwell we love to mix our short-term experiments along with big bets, in order to use our analytical approach and our vision.
You need to know your product’s numbers inside out and transform all your learning into a strong strategy and impactful roadmaps for the marketplace, the main company product.
You need to be ambitious and you are the inspiration for the team, bringing pragmatism along all the development, leading the implementation.
You are the one that is setting up the fantastic environment for your team, where the key of success is about caring for the people joined with the ambition and urgency to excel in the impact: as senior PM for the marketplace you will have the opportunity to build a team of PMs to support you deliver the best experience possible for our customers.

- Have an analytical way of thinking and capability, with exposure from a previous role
- Strong experience as a product manager in a data focussed role
- A good SQL experience for analysis.
