The Operation Division of Gruppo Montenegro is looking for a Warehouse Specialist who will support our Warehouse Manager at our San Lazzaro di Savena plant.
Responsibilities amp; Tasks
• Manage stock, accounting alignment, inventory reporting and reconciliations on company systems
• Verify that the execution of warehouse operations is excellent and in compliance with our policies, from stocking to shipping of goods
• Verify and record warehouse performance and collaborates with the WH Manager in the implementation of continuous improvement projects
• Ensure the correct balance of stocks within the warehouse network through the efficient use of the Group's software
• Travel is required
Requirements
• Degree or technical diploma (preferential)
• 1/2 + years of experience in similar roles in logistics
• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
• Aptitude to work towards objectives and deadlines
• Relational skills, predisposition to team work, dynamism and flexibility
• Strong digital approach to business processes and related tools
• Excellent knowledge of Office and SAP
• Good knowledge of the English language
