Generali Global Corporate amp; Commercial is the Generali Group unit that develops Pamp;C business and insurance services for medium and large companies. The unit acts on a global scale and deploys an integrated approach at Group level with a central management team and specialized teams active in individual countries. Through GCamp;C, Generali aims to become a key world player in the corporate-commercial segment.
As part of the ITamp;Ops team, the person will support the multinational programs team in the following activities
Main Responsabilities:
- Support with project management for Multinational Programs driven and related projects 2021 (e.g., GCamp;C claims hub, operating model roll out completion, tool kit trainings, network capability extension, service tool implementations)
- Support with scoping, detailed planning and launch of 2022 Multinational Programs strategic priorities
- Support in broker market engagement process, e.g., meeting amp; presentation preparation
- Support the Team for Network Management BAU activities (issues resolution, onboarding, data quality, processes)
Requirements
- Master Degree or in completion, ideally hard /analytical studies : economics, business, engineering, mathematics.
- Project Management skills / experience is a must
- Process mapping and analysis capabilities nice to have
- Experience / internship in insurance industry is a big plus
- Excellent Problem solving approach and solid communication skills (oral and written)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work across multiple teams, functions and countries
- High motivation and change orientation
