What We Are Looking for:

As a Customer Success Intern, you will be assisting in partnering with our customers in driving value through adoption of Persado’s platform. You will collaborate with customers daily to build relationships, drive utilization, provide awareness to all available Persado solutions, deliver operational excellence, and uncover growth opportunities, supporting the Customer Success team.

What We Want You to Do:

  • Coordinate internal requests and help customer stay on track for value realization through strong project and program management skills
  • Support the execution and monitoring of day-to-day customer's campaign tasks
  • Manage client communication around operational tasks
  • Monitor and report on customer level KPIs
  • Transcribe and recap customer status meetings
  • Create and maintain comprehensive customer level documentation
  • Provide data entry and/or administrative support for department initiatives and reporting
  • Collaborate with the CS in creating project plans and managing campaign trackers
  • Escalate customer and execution related issues to Account team as needed
  • Shadow the seasoned CSM team members to accelerate learning and better understand the voice of the customer
  • Travel to clients as needed

What We Want To See:

The ideal candidate will be bright, ambitious, self-driven, hard-working, team player and flexible.

  • 0-1 years in a digital marketing environment working with Enterprise level clients will be considered a plus
  • Strong academic record, including an undergraduate degree preferably in marketing, management or related fields
  • Ability to deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that sometimes requires creative problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a role that combines elements of multiple disciplines (customer success, technology, account management, project management, etc.)
  • Strong quantitative skills and experience working in Excel
  • Experience with supporting digital marketings campaigns such as Email, Web, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads
  • Eligibility for a STAGE internship in Italy
  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
