Responsibilities:

• Start an internship program and be part of Gorillas in Italy to develop your hard and soft skills to speed up your career in your field
• Be part of one of the following team: Operation and planning, Commercial, Supply chain, Rider Operations, Finance, legal or People management?
• Receive complete training, job shadowing and constant coaching to learn the best practices in your role.
• Work closely with your team to help with any tasks assigned by your supervisor
• Perform administrative duties, and additional functions, as needed and determined by management

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field with our departments is required
• A previous experience in a fast-paced environment or a startup is a plus

• Ability to learn fast and adapt your strategies and tactics to the dynamic world of super-fast delivery. Super-fast delivery means sometimes doing other things super-fast.
• A desire to work in a dynamic environment at one of the fastest growing startups in Europe
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
• Act like an owner. We believe that’s a great driving principle
• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
• You have very good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English and Italian, Spanish is a plus
