Job Description
Per AVIO S.p.a., azienda leader nel settore aerospaziale stiamo ricercando uno Specialista sistemi propulsivi criogenici, supporto analisi funzionali e dinamiche sistema motore che si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Progettare sottosistemi propulsivi a liquido criogenico, in particolare motori pump fed seguendo tutte le fasi di sviluppo e qualifica, dal design preliminare fino alla messa in produzione.
- Eseguire analisi funzionali transitori, impostazione delle sequenze automatiche.
- Elaborare i risultati delle analisi, identificazione delle criticità e implementazione delle azioni correttive tramite le modifiche delle sequenza e dei parametri componenti motore.
- Definire un piano di misura per la sensoristica di alta frequenza per caratterizzazione del test article.
- Eseguire analisi di stabilità di combustione.
- Elaborazione e post processing dati alta frequenza, in particolare analisi di stabilità di combustione in termini FFT, PSD and Waterfall plots.
- Elaborazione documenti tecnici relativamente alle attività in area propulsione (note tecniche, specifiche tecniche, dossier giustificativi, rapporti di prova, etc.).
- Interfaccia con l'ingegneria di sottosistemi e componenti per il recepimento dei dati necessari alla attività di previsione prestazione motore.
For AVIO S.p.a., a leading company in the aerospace sector, we are looking for a Cryogenic propulsion systems specialist, support for functional and dynamic analysis of the engine system who will take care of the following activities:
- Designing cryogenic liquid propulsion subsystems, in particular pump fed motors, following all stages of development and qualification, from preliminary design to production.
- Perform transient functional analyzes, set up automatic sequences.
- Process the results of the analyzes, identification of criticalities and implementation of corrective actions by changing the sequence and parameters of the engine components.
- Define a measurement plan for the high frequency sensors for characterization of the test article.
- Perform combustion stability analysis.
- High frequency data processing and post processing, in particular combustion stability analysis in terms of FFT, PSD and Waterfall plots.
- Processing of technical documents relating to activities in the propulsion area (technical notes, technical specifications, supporting files, test reports, etc .).
- Interface with subsystems and components engineering for the transposition of the data necessary for the engine performance forecasting activity.
Requirements
- Esperienza nella propulsione spaziale (architetture, sistemistica);
- conoscenza degli aspetti di stabilità di combustione;
- meccanica e dinamica dei fluidi;
- conoscenza S/W ECOSIM, ROCCID, custom SW per analisi FFT PSD e waterflow;
- conoscenza modello di rete neurale con R e Python;
- conoscenze propulsione a liquido, componenti di base e relativi aspetti critici in particolare nello sviluppo motori pump fed;
- conoscenza processo di sviluppo di sistemi, sottosistemi e componenti in ambito ESA
- Experience in space propulsion (architecture, systems engineering);
- knowledge of the aspects of combustion stability;
- fluid mechanics and dynamics;
- knowledge of S / W ECOSIM, ROCCID, custom SW for FFT PSD and waterflow analysis;
- knowledge of the neural network model with R and Python;
- knowledge of liquid propulsion, basic components and related critical aspects in particular in the development of pump fed engines;
- knowledge of the development process of systems, subsystems and components in the ESA field
