With the launch of a new state of the art scooter, we are expanding our talented team to reach new heights.We are looking for a superhero to be our new Operations Specialist to power and expand our operations in Italy. You will be working closely with our City Operations Managers to boost growth and success of Wind across all the cities in Italy. It’s a hands-on and rewarding role, which requires being a problem-solver generalist with a strong focus on fleet optimization, 3PL supervision and KPI reporting. We wanna hear from you!Every superhero has super responsibilitiesYou will:- Be responsible for weekly supervision of ground operations: deployment, swapping, collection, rebalancing, maintenance and warehouse management.
- Be responsible for daily KPIs reporting of the main metrics, helping achieve the highest results while balancing cost trade offs, visiting local markets when required
- Manage daily relationship with 3PLs and local authorities
- Help to ensure that our operations are compliant with local regulations.
- Provide analytical support to other teams locally when needed, being responsible for dealing with customers' complaints.
You have:- 1-3+ years of proven work experience from areas within logistics, operations, finance, car-rental
- Persuasive personality: strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire others
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Good stress management skills
- Proficiency in tools such as G-Suite (Excel), comfortable working with and analysing large data sets
- Willingness and ability to travel across Italy
- Fluency in Italian and English as a must
