Strategic Control Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller to join a fast-growing company in the FinTech space. We are seeking an ambitious analyst to work closely with our CFO to support our next stage of growth.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Oversees Company’s Strategic Plan and Reforecast process during the year
• Monitoring of Company’s performance (Actual VS Plan, KPIs etc) and production of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
• Effectively manages financial communication to different stakeholders such as Leadership Team, BoD, Shareholders, Lending partners
• Autonomously build up all Company’s reports related to the performance monitoring and KPIs
• Improve Company’s performance reporting process
• Leads a crucial data migration project to a digital Business Intelligence Platform to be done at early stage of the collaboration

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of financial strategic planning and control
• Great verbal and written communications skill at all levels
• Know how to draft financial presentations
• Financial controller with 7+ years experience dealing with stakeholders' relation or Management Consultant (preferably in the financial services industry) with 4+ years experience in top tier international firms
• Fluent in English (a minimum C1+ level is required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
• Knowledge of common coding languages to manage database is a plus
• Good knowledge of financial facilities for SME’s is appreciated
• Can work autonomously and is able to work under pressure
• Digitally savvy
• Great team player
• Abroad Work experience is appreciated
