Job Description:*

Generali Global Business Lines provides a full range of solutions in global insurance and assistance to cover the business risks regarding employees, and assets linked to property and people.

The Global Business Lines Communication specialist will be supporting the GBL Communication amp; CSR team implementing the Integrated Communication amp; CSR activities for Generali Employee Benefits and GCamp;C as per the GBL Communication plan such as: employee communications and events, content development to ensure the narrative consistency, support the digital strategy GBL.
Moreover, he/she will be providing support in other ad-hoc projects within the Global Business Lines Communicationamp; CSR department.

Main tasks:

Support the GBL Communication manager and team implementing the Integrated Communication Plan:

  • He/she supports in implementing the digital content strategy:

- support GEBamp;GCamp;C websites content updates and curation

- support GEBamp;GCamp;C LinkedIn strategy and content curation

  • He /she supports in the creation of editorial projects and corporate communication materials, guaranteeing consistency and uniqueness of messages and communication styles.
  • He/she supports in internal communication initiatives and activities to promote corporate culture, values and people engagement.
  • Provide support in other ad-hoc projects within the Global Business Lines Communication es: GBL intranet.

Requirements

The candidate is a dynamic person, flexible and adaptable with a strong attitude for interpersonal relationships.

Must have*

  • University or professional degree in communications/marketing/advertising /journalism
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Proven writing capabilities
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar roles (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a multi-cultural and international environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of communication and marketing concepts and tools
  • Experience with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with internal digital communication tools (i.e Intranet)
  • Ability to multi task and manage complex situations
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Precision and strong organizational skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of economics, financial and insurance industry
