Role Mission:
Support the OPSamp;IT team in running:
- Community management, e.g., COO Comm, Digital Champions, Data Stewards, ITamp;OPS
- Project Management, e.g., project administration, reporting
- Client amp; Broker Portal
- Data Optimization for portfolio management - Report collection, compilation, and publishing
Main Responsabilities:
- Community management, e.g., COO Comm, Digital Champions, Data Stewards, ITamp;OPS
- Manage MS Teams Site
- Communications, updates and content
- User maintenance
- Liaise with Intranet
- Project Management, e.g., project administration, reporting
- Planning upkeep
- Issues, changes and risks register
- Budget and capacity deployment and burn
- Supporting project governance regarding minutes and follow-ups
- Scheduling regular actions (e.g. meetings, reports)
- Support content preparation
- Report collection, compilation, and publishing
- Support team with data compilation
- Cross check data
- Proof-reading and preparation
