The Hotel Romazzino, in stunning Costa Smeralda, Sardegna, will reopen for the 2024 season as part of the Belmond portfolio.
For this iconic hotel, we are now looking for an extraordinary talented Maitre to join our team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maitre role at Romazzino a Belmond Hotel.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
The Maitre, who reports to the Famp;B Manager, will:
Be responsible for driving the team and monitor all aspects of the guests’ experience, from the restaurant layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service;
Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests’ needs;
Handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalised guest experience according to our service standards;
Manage and develop staff in everyday operations according to our standard and procedures;
Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues;
Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the outlet;
Be compliant with health and safety regulations.

Fluent in English and Italian; third language preferred;
At least 2 years of professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment;
