FlexCar is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Case Management Associate to join our Coordination team in Rome, Italy. The position entails a supporting role in all fleet matters within a fast-growing and heavily financed startup to ensure its operational flow.

Position Summary
FlexCar is seeking a dedicated Case Management Associate who will resolve onboarding and release customer cases efficiently. You will be responsible for delivering and retrieving vehicles all over Italy according to the procedures and the policies of FlexCar Group collecting the vehicles as well as supporting and communicating with the Coordination team. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Automotive enthusiast
- B driver’s license
- Exceptional ability to coordinate a number of tasks within the day
- Previous field experience will be considered an asset
- Fluency in Italian / English verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure, critical thinking skills, with a hands-on and can-do attitude
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Economics or Technical/Engineering background
