THE ROLE
New Guards Group is looking for an Accounting Receivables Intern to join our team in Milan who will report directly to the Accounting Coordinator Receivables.WHAT YOU’LL DO- Support the team in the preparation and issuance of invoices
- Learn how to manage and reconcile incoming payments with outstanding invoices
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions
- Assist in the month-end close accounting process
- Support the team in other different activities, when needed
WHO YOU ARE- Bachelor Degree in Economics
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interact with several internal and external stakeholders, flexibility and accuracy
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
