Join us as a CRM Lifecycle Manager.

What you will be doing

As the CRM Lifecycle Manager at Satispay, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of customer engagement journeys, designed to empower users with the information and motivation they need to fully unlock their understanding and engagement with our products. You will collaborate closely with product owners and internal stakeholders to align CRM strategies with product objectives.


  • You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategies and using marketing automation tools to create transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies to grow our customer engagement and improve customer acquisition across multiple products;
  • Design and implement relevant and engaging email and SMS campaigns. Translate these into tangible email messages and communication lifecycles (nurture campaigns) for different audience segments;
  • Monitor the health and segmentation of the customer database, driving increased engagement;
  • Have a strong analytical mindset in order to develop and maintain program performance reports/dashboards for all key stakeholders;
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to achieve desired results on campaigns including localizing across multiple languages to ensure messaging is culturally sensitive and appropriate;
  • Use data to identify potential for performance improvements.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus;
  • At least 2-6 years of expertise managing data-driven email marketing campaigns;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms;
  • Proven history of managing email segmentation strategies and operations across multiple business units, geographies, and languages;
  • Deep knowledge of campaign management data concepts such as contact history, assignment rules, workflows, automation, and triggers;
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams;
  • Excellent prioritization and communication skills to measure objectives, needs, and timelines;
  • Experience in managing large datasets.

Logistic amp; Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
