Role and ImpactAs a Staff Product Manager for Insurance Products, you'll be at the forefront of the next big phase of Prima’s growth. You will be one of the most visible members of Prima’s product team. You will work across the organisation, supporting the local business teams in defining needs for new insurance products and the evolution of existing ones, while working with the global product and engineering teams to define and deliver the end to end functionality needed to make them a reality.
Most initiatives will have a notable data component, so having a deep data understanding is key.
You will be responsible for:
Leading analysis, discovery, project planning, and execution of product technology initiatives that drive value for our clients and internal teams.
Driving collaboration with Engineering and other cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Design, UX Research, Marketing) to ship elegant products on time.
Fostering stakeholder relationships in which you effectively communicate the product vision, capture feedback, and ensure alignment.
Balancing new product impact and implementation effort as a way to prioritize team investment and address difficult team decisions.
Developing long-term views, working closely with the Product Lead and team to ensure we’re set up for future success and impact.
Contributing to both the team and company culture, making the domain and Prima an even better place to work!
