We are seeking the talents of a Sales Assistant / Stockist (M/F) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey, the opening of a pop-up store planned in April. The position is based in Milan.
Your missions will be for 3 days a week oriented to stock management, 2 days a week orientes to sales.
As a sales assisant, your missions will be the following :
Delivering a unique customer experience:
- Place the customer at the heart of the "Appartement " experience
- Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming)
- Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy in order to offer them the best possible experience
- Adapt to each customer and their tastes for a personalized unique experience
- Accompany customers to discover the Sézane universe and products
- Act as an ambassador for Sézane across all channels (instore and online)
- Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products
- Be proactive in proposing ways to make the customer experience memorable and unique
- Dealing with customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy our customers and build loyalty
- Knowing our CSR policy to respond to customers
Guarantee the brand image:
- Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising
- Check the labeling of products on the floor
- Participate in the implementation of the merchandising and ensure its follow-up
- Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
- Monitor and maintain the sales level of the store
- Have a fashion culture to be able to make proposals
Ensure the smooth running of Operations:
- Apply Sezane policies, standards and procedures
- Collect and respect procedures related to operations
- Carry out specific processing (returns, exchanges, reservations)
- Ensure proper stock management
Be a team player:
- Be a team player, participate in all related tasks
- Participate in the creation of a positive and harmonious environment to create a group synergy
- Relay the brand's commitments
As a stockist, your missions will be the following :
Ensure efficient stock management :
- Guarantee the correct reception of deliveries (unpacking, sorting, labeling, beeping, storage),
- Register deliveries by following the processes,
- Carry out the daily restocking of the store in accordance with merchandising standards,
- Ensure the good performance of the reserve by guaranteeing rigorous and optimal storage,
- Monitor the smooth running of transfer procedures between stores,
- Participate in the inventories (flying, monthly, fiscal) of the shop,
- Respond to the needs of the sales team by bringing them the parts requested by the customers on the floor
Deliver a unique customer experience :
- Have a perfect knowledge of the stock in order to meet the expectations of the Customers as efficiently as possible
- Streamline the link between stock and the sales area through a structured organization
- Make sure to present a product according to Octane standards
- Be an omnichannel ambassador for the Brand (apartment and web)
- Demonstrate curiosity and develop in-depth knowledge of the Brand and the products
- Know our CSR policy to respond to customers
Guarantee the brand image :
- Participate in the good presentation of products by highlighting new products
- Assist the Visual Merchandiser or the Visual Merchandiser in the preparation of the new layout
- Check the storage and labeling of products in reserve
- Ensure product quality through careful storage
- Propose merchandising adjustments to optimize the rotation of products in stock.
- Ensure the daily supply of the Apartment and the perfect storage of reserves
