THE ROLE

As a Project Manager at Quantis you will:

DOES THIS DESCRIBE YOU AND YOUR NEXT ROLE?

  • You’re motivated to put your technical expertise to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
  • For 4+ years you’ve been sharpening your skills and technical expertise in a professional setting, ideally with some experience in the consulting and private sector.
  • You have strong project management skills, and can organise workload, project streams and priorities to deliver in a timely manner.
  • You have a good understanding of sustainability topics such as sustainable procurement/supply chain transformation, nature/biodiversity, environmental-related risk, transformation of scope 1 e 2
  • You have the capacity to listen to client needs to create and communicate creative and adapted solutions.
  • You’re motivated for teamwork and able to integrate and work with a diverse team, including a range of scientific and creative profiles.
  • You believe in the power of science and get excited about guiding companies to understand and design transformative and science-based strategy.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You communicate effectively in fluent Italian and English.

AS A PROJECT MANAGER, HERE’S A PREVIEW OF WHAT TYPE OF WORK YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE:

Manage and deliver client project work related to Food sector: 

  • Deliver and support sector projects with a strong focus on metrics-based methodological development
  • Manage all aspects of client projects from project scoping to crafting solutions to developing high-standard, timely deliverables
  • Build, develop and manage efficient and balanced consultant projects teams
  • Identify and articulate project risks
  • Ensure team well being and contingency plan with support
  • Build and nurture optimal and trustful client and industry relationships, with a good understanding of client organisation and business goals

Support business development efforts:

  • Develop and manage existing and new client relations across the Food sector
  • Coordinate communications and marketing strategies and actions, including meeting prospects, writing proposals and presenting to potential clients
  • Support sales process as requested, including scoping, pricing, proposal development and client meetings
