We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us set up, design, and deliver creative and professional marketing campaigns for various clients.
The resource will help develop, implement, track, and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels: email, websites and landing pages, social media, blogs, events, and other offline/printed media.
This expert will manage the activities by analysing the brand objectives and producing the marketing strategy and the campaign funnel. The resource will maximise opportunities for engagement, click-throughs, conversion, and more.
The resource will help us to identify the client's needs and opportunities while aspiring to reach the client's goals and strategic objectives.
The candidate will be responsible in our team for all marketing activities and will be actively supported by our Production team (PM, Tech Lead, Designer) and Client Relationship Team (Senior Account Manager and Junior Client Advisor).
Responsabilities
- Analyse the client's needs and opportunities.
- Plan and follow all digital marketing activities and funnels, including SEO/SEM, email tools and databases, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights and optimize performances
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Apply strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g., ads, blog posts, newsletters)
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies
Requirements
- Proficient experience in using tools and software required to perform tasks: Semrush, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Mmixpanel, Google Data Studio, Funnelytics, Leadpages, Webflow, and Figma.
- Good knowledge and understanding of SEO, including key phrase research and its application to SEO.
- Working knowledge of major social media channels especially Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing. A portfolio of projects would be highly appreciated.
- Strong copy writing skills
- Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly and distill the most important/relevant information to inform unique and innovative new content.
- Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
- Italian and English proficient knowledge.
- German knowledge is valued.
