AL Solutions is currently seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) for positions within a global Contract Research Organization (CRO). As a Senior CRA or CRA II, you will join the esteemed team of clinical research professionals and contribute to the successful execution of clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Ensure adherence to protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements
• Monitor study progress, data quality, and patient safety
• Maintain accurate and complete study documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and investigators

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
• 2-5 years of experience as a Senior CRA or CRA II
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken)
• Availability for travel as required
