Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to add to our team in Italy, who will be responsible for making outbound calls/conferences from inbound leads and from online tools (LinkedIn, etc.). You will be responsible to research these potential new leads, to approach any potential client, to ask for an introduction conference and make digital presentations, to update our records in the CRM, to handle and serve merchant's requests. You will tend to maximize the potential from each conference call and to convert them into qualified conference call appointments.

What You Will Do:

  • Being responsible for searching new clients from all over the internet and making outbounds cold calls and/or for contacting existing customers and inbound leads;
  • Manage and close direct leads;
  • Assist in self registration of small merchants;
  • Inform and make introduction conferences and digital presentations to these potential clients about our products and services by using our scripts;
  • Act as an ambassador for the business and promote Viva’s services and products;
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities from new businesses, share potential leads to the Business Development team and convert the calls into appointments for them;
  • Enter and maintain up to date client information into the company's database and keep records with relevant data from calls and sales;
  • Ensure customer's satisfaction;
  • Build a long-term relationship with clients;
  • Warranty the quality of our service in a prompt, polite and professional manner

Requirements

  • Previous B2B sales experience;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Excellent level of Italian and good knowledge of English;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure;
  • A positive approach to objection handling;
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota (preferably over the phone);
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software), social networking (LinkedIn) and telephone systems;
