An exciting opportunity has arisen for a In Room Dining Manager role at Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
This is a seasonal position due to start latest mid-March 2024.
The In Room Dining Manager, who leads a team of ten Room Service Talents, reports to the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Famp;B, and will:
Be responsible for driving the team and monitor all aspects of the guests’ experience, from the layout of amenities before their arrival to the dining service in their rooms;
Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests’ needs;
Handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest experience according to our service standards;
Manage and develop staff in everyday operations according to our standard and procedures;
Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues;
Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the outlet;
Be compliant with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
Fluent in English and Italian; third language (French in particular) is preferred;
At least 3 years of professional experience in an Famp;B supervisory role within a luxury environment;
Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine;
Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
Have an exceptional taste and excellent customer service skills.
