We're headquartered in Milan, Italy, where you’ll find most of our employees but the teams you'll work with areas across Europe and the UK.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the recruitment field. This internship provides an opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of the recruitment process, preparing you for a future career in talent acquisition.

1. Candidate Sourcing Assistance:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels to build a diverse and qualified talent pool.
• Learn to use online and offline platforms to identify potential candidates.

• Contribute to the creation of job descriptions by gathering relevant information from hiring managers.
• Gain exposure to crafting compelling and detailed job descriptions.

• Assist in maintaining candidate data and communication within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Learn the basics of ATS management to enhance internal collaboration.

• Learn and apply professional communication skills in interacting with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for interviews and other recruitment-related activities.

• Gain exposure to fundamental HR best practices applied during the recruitment process.
• Learn to ensure compliance with HR guidelines.

• Support talent acquisition projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to employer branding activities to enhance the organization's image.

This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals and hands-on experience in supporting recruitment efforts. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of the recruitment life cycle within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Passionate, curious, and dedicated to professional growth.
• Demonstrated fluency in English.

• Courageous and entrepreneurial spirit.

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience in candidate management and sourcing practices
• Additional European language (French, Spanish, German)
