Human Resources Clerk

Job Description
We are looking for an HR clerk that will be involved in a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating training meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
Main duties:
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Support the HR manager to conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Computer skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
