Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Auditor role at Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice.
This is a full time seasonal position due to start at the very beginning of April.
The ideal candidate is passionate for the hospitality business and willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.
The Night Auditor reports to our Reception Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- deal with all Front Office operations at night (check in/out, escorting, cashier operations, guests' care) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct;
- daily closure, cashier check for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions;
- assist with all guests' requests;
- handle emergencies according to the procedures.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, a third language is preferred (French in particular);
- previous experience in the same position in 4*/5* hotels;
- knowledge of hotel management software such as HMS or others, Microsoft suite;
- emotional intelligence, demonstrating sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests;
- collaboration, as you work as a team player with the reception and concierge teams (at night there are three employees at the Front Office).
