What you will do
As a Customer Success Manager/Customer Relationship Manager/ Strategic Partner Success Manager you will:
- Responsible for customer success on key big client opportunities for the successful delivery of desired scope and ongoing expansion of the relationship.
- Manage closely key merchant relationships and consult/advice merchants with the aim of delivering a complete required solution that will cover end to end customer demands (including integrations, automated reporting / reconciliation, and other tailor-made solutions).
- Support on the successful win of key big merchants and identify cross product selling expansion throughout the relationship.
- Gather business requirements and inform merchants about the desired solutions/integrations to be implemented based on available viva.com functionalities.
Requirements
What we look for in a Customer Success Manager/Customer Relationship Manager/ Strategic Partner Success Manager:
- Degree in Management Information Systems or a combination of Business with IT related field
- Be able to identify customer technical and commercial requirements to craft solutions
- Be a confident negotiator to achieve win-win commercial agreements and close sales
- Hold a strong interest in technology, with the desire to become a payments subject matter expert
- Customer focus with proven soft skills in dealing with clients’ Management amp; Payments stakeholders
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant proven experience, ideally within the Payments amp; Fintech Industry
- Strong communication skills able to write and speak Italian plus English to a high standard
