Marketing Intern (Curricular Internship)

We are Up2You, the greentech and B Corp certified startup that enables companies to reduce their impact on the environment. We offset their CO2 emissions and certify their commitment on blockchain. We support sustainable projects with social and environmental impact, capable of capturing CO2, preserving forests, protecting ecosystems and developing sustainable technologies.

For this position we are looking for motivated students, looking for an internship, who care about the environment and who want to get involved and work on the growth of Up2You by contributing to the marketing team.

• Help developing marketing automation strategies;
• Optimize database segmentation;
• Analyze and monitor the activity of the customer base;
• Create and plan re-engagement email campaigns;
• Creating and sharing performance reports.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Analytical mindset;
• Knwoledge of CRM (HubSpot) is a plus;

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in economics, statistics, or a related field.

• You have a marked results orientation. We are extremely flexible and trust your ability to accomplish your goals without scrutiny. Likewise, we like to see our trust repaid;
• You have a strong interest in the subject matter. You are interested in issues involving innovation and the environment. Like us, you believe in the need to take concrete action for our Planet;

• You enjoy giving and receiving feedback. No one has all the answers and we all still have a lot to learn. You are open to both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
