Job Description
Keywords Studios Italy, a Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, localization testing and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.
The EMEA Shared Service Center of Keywords Studios, based in Cinisello Balsamo, is implementing a global approach to its account receivable activities to better serve internal and external customers.
The AR Supervisor will be included in a central multi-lingual accounting, that supports subsidiaries in different countries. The candidate will have the responsibility to manage a team of 5.
The role requires flexibility and capacity of relationships with different departments, such as Sales in multiple countries, Studio Head, and other Finance departments located abroad.
The candidate will be mainly responsible for
- Coordinate the invoicing activities, insuring the respect of revenue recognition and segregation of duties
- Coordinate the I/co rebilling for Keywords subsidiaries
- Coordinate the monthly close process and reconciliations
- Create and implement process and procedure about credit collection
- Review agings, contact customers, where necessary coordinate repayment plan
- Identify at an early stage any critical situation, solve them and manage to collect outstanding balances
- Manage customer claims
- Maintain good relationship with all departments, but specifically with Sales and Project managers
- KPI and DSO analysis
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics
- At least 10 years of proven working experience in Accounting, specifically in AR and amp; or credit collection
- Excellent communication skills and leadership
- Knowledge of EU and international VAT rules and tax obligations relating to invoicing
- Good MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skills
- Fluent in English written and spoken (C1/C2)
