- Close collaboration with Sales Department to implement initiatives, programs, materials, and tools.
- Close alignment with the Marketing Department on necessary tools to support the sales in this area.
- Brainstorming and implementing event concepts and managing all logistics for events in your given territory.
- Preparing event budgets and processing invoices.
- Working with external congress organizations to set up sponsorships.
- Organizing and managing suppliers for booth materials, catering and further equipment needs.
- Maintaining a clear overview of all events occurring in your territory to advise the sales team on future participation.
Your Profile- You have completed training in the event sector or provide a bachelors degree in a similar field.
- You have at least one year professional experience in planning events.
- You have a high level of professionalism, empathy and great communication skills.
- You are excellent in organizing amp; managing projects with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously and still pay attention to detail.
- High level of accountability, pro-activity, resilience, and sound judgement in decision making.
- You are open, self-confident, resilient, well-groomed appearance and independent working style while enjoying being part of a fun team.
- You have strong Microsoft Office skills using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Cvent is a plus.
- Your Italian and your English is fluent.
- You are willing to travel 25% of your time.
- Nice to Have:
- Medical device industry experience.
- German or Polish as an additional language
