About the team
At veniture, we assist Atlassian customers in selecting the right tools, ensuring a successful product introduction through workshops and training courses, and complementing our services with individual consulting and support.
About the role
The role of the IT Administrator will support our internal Client Management/IT service team in all areas of efficient administration and maintenance of all end devices within our organisation. This role will proactively manage, optimise and secure the company’s IT infrastructure, fostering a seamless and resilient digital ecosystem that empowers business growth and innovation.
What you'll be doing
- Create, manage and deactivate user accounts - for a smooth process you assign permissions and manage groups.- Assist with setting up email accounts, aliases and forwarding.- Manage calendars and meeting room resources.- Provide technical support to end users.- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.- Perform diagnostics and ensure smooth IT system operations.- Implement security policies for end devices.- You monitor activities and combat security threats such as malware.- Support data encryption and protect confidential information.- Responsible for patch management, including timely implementation of security updates and patches.- Keep detailed records of hardware and software inventory, as well as maintenance and repairs performed.

What we're looking for
- Completed Degree or apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or similar or have studied computer science.- Knowledge in the area of client management, including operating systems (Windows and MacOS), software installation and networking.- Experience in dealing with IT security measures and protection against malware.- Ability to diagnose technical problems and find effective solutions characterises you.- Teamwork and good communication skills are part of your strengths.- Independent way of working and a willingness to learn in the constantly evolving IT field.- Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.#LI-CH1
