Job Description
Hotel Cipriani is looking for a talented SPA Therapist to join our Team for the 2024 season.
This is a seasonal full time position starting between March and April 2024.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a cohesive team who are truly committed to deliver outstanding service and unique experiences to our guests.
As a SPA Therapist you will be an integral member of our Casanova Wellness Centre, performing facial and body treatments according to established Belmond protocols and standards. This position ensures all guests experience pure peace and relaxation. You will also be an active ambassador of our wellness and gym retail area.
Main tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful SPA experience conforming to our standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
- Greet guests with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room. Ensure any treatment and shower room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Perform all facial and body treatments according to standards, being knowledgeable about all SPA products and services offered. Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to any guest concerns and requests.
- Upsell SPA products and add-ons considering guests’ needs and departments sales targets. Maximize department revenue achieving sales targets set by the management team.
- Work alongside the SPA Manager to ensure a smooth booking procedure and a good upkeeping of the SPA.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years’ experience preferably in a luxury environment
- A three years professional license as aesthetician or masseuse
- Excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach
- A high level of SPA and beauty knowledge
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Italian and English, additional languages such French would be a plus.
