- Support Recruitment: collaborate with our experienced tech recruiters to identify and engage top tech talent for our American and European fintech clients.
- Local Tech Community: play a vital role in building and nurturing the local tech community in Italy (with a specific focus on Sicily/Palermo) helping companies find the right tech talents.
- Candidate Sourcing: use various platforms and tools to source, screen, and shortlist candidates, ensuring they match the clients' specific tech requirements.
- Assessment: assist in conducting initial candidate assessments, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordination: help manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and providing a smooth candidate experience.
- Market Research: stay updated on the latest tech industry trends and recruitment best practices to contribute valuable insights to our team.
