Job Description

We’re looking for an innovative Product Manager to join our Product management team. You’ll oversee the product design and development activities, working with cross-functional teams to make sure we are working on the most impactful initiatives and clarify their outcomes.
You’ll work on features analysis and breakdown into development tasks together with the development team , you’ll set up and maintain a suite of features portfolio in line with both AI Strategy and external needs considering our competitors and suggest and evaluate comparison between native and existing parts that can be added to new features.
You'll be responsible for setting and managing boards including feedback, initiatives and backlogs and on building and modification of clear development roadmap for product features.
You’ll proactively generate project opportunities by searching for solutions to customers' pain points.
You’ll work with various stakeholders to understand business value, market context and customer problems, you’ll prepare clear documentation including feature specifications.
Requirements
What you have
- At least 3 years of experience as Product Manager
- Experience in defining a Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap.
- Experience in conducting User Research processes.
- Experience in managing a Product Analytics infrastructure and its KPIs.
- Experience in running Market Research processes.
- A proven track record of delivering products to enterprises and/or consumers
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables, negotiate win-win solutions to complex problems spanning multiple teams and disciplines
- Experienced in agile practices and software development processes
- Hands-on experience across all stages of product’s life cycle
- Ability to understand and formulate meaningful business metrics
- Understanding of key concepts of software development, web and mobile technologies
- Team building mindset for end-to-end features and team management
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proficiency in English
