- Oversee high-priority/complex projects requiring significant resources and functional integration
- Support the Sales during the Bid phase checking the contract terms and conditions and manage a portfolio of projects from handover with sales to warranty phase
- Lead and manage project teams, partner coordination and working groups
- Support customers in all project phases and identify opportunities to improve project margins and customer satisfaction.
- Develop project schedules, action plans and take under control the defined budgets/spending in terms of hours and money, meet contractors and clients to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
- Manage project deliverables congruently with project scope and manage the change requests
Requirements
You ideally bring the following:
- Degree in industrial or management engineering or Economics A CAMP or PMP certification is considered a valuable asset
- 3-4 years of demonstrable experience in lifecycle and project management techniques.
- Knowledge of the general conditions of railway contracts.
- Experience with project scheduling tools and working in maintenance environments.
- Strong systems analysis skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify and deal with risks, issues and problems under pressure.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication and people management skills in a multicultural and multilanguage environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Availability to undertake short-term travel if required.
